What IT services does IziNext provide?
IziNext provides business IT support (remote and on-site), network and Wi-Fi installation, cybersecurity and backups, CCTV video surveillance, cloud and on-premise server installation and maintenance, and invoicing, POS and ERP systems.
Do you provide services across Portugal?
Yes. IziNext is based in Albufeira and serves businesses across mainland Portugal and the islands. Remote support is available anywhere in the country, and on-site visits are scheduled as needed.
Do you offer remote IT support?
Yes. Many software, email, printer or network issues can be solved through secure remote access, without a site visit. When needed, a technician comes to your premises.
Do you offer IT maintenance contracts for businesses?
Yes. We prepare support and preventive maintenance plans tailored to the size and needs of your business, so you get an IT team without the cost of an in-house department.
How much does IT support cost?
Ad hoc support costs €50 per hour (first-line) or €75 per hour (first and second-line). Monthly contracts start at €210 per month for businesses with up to 10 computers, with hourly rates up to 70% lower. All prices exclude VAT. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Do you install CCTV systems?
Yes. We design, install and maintain video surveillance systems with IP, analogue and PTZ cameras, local or cloud recording and remote access from your phone.
Do you work with invoicing systems for restaurants and shops?
Yes. We implement and support invoicing software, restaurant POS and ERP systems, including setup, staff training and maintenance.
Do you back up business data?
Yes. We set up automatic local and cloud backups and check that data can be restored after a hardware failure, cyberattack or human error.
